How do I e-mail my budget reports and to do lists?
The easiest way is using one of the built-in commands in the software. In the drop-down menu located in the top left hand corner of the software screen, select ‘File’, then the ‘Export HTML.’ It then gives you a choice which of your documents you would like to save as HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). HTML allows anyone the ability to view your document using their current internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) or popular word processing programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
One you have selected (left click) ‘Budget’ report or ‘To Do’ list, a SAVE dialogue box appears and allows you to select where you want to save the document to and rename it if you wish. Then you simply click on the "Save' button. Now you have saved it, open an e-mail, attach the document(s) and send. Your recipient can view, save or print it using their internet browser or word processing programs.
Can I print the budget report and to do list?
Yes. Select File>Print and you will observe a choice between ‘Budget’ report and ‘To Do’ list in your drop-down menu. Select one and PRINT dialogue box appears giving you typical printing choices. Repeat to print other document.
How long will the program run?
The copy of the wedding budget software is yours forever. Once downloaded, copy the Set-Up Installer icon to a flash drive or a disc for a back-up and safe keeping.
What happens to my software if I purchase a new computer?
Your software can be transferred to your new computer. Install it using your back-up copy of the Set-Up Installer you saved to a back up drive.
What if I lost my copy of my software. Do I have to purchase another?
No. E-mail us at 'software@thegreatevent.com' and we will gladly provide you a replacement. We love our software and we want you to love it too.

The e-mail contains the link and password to a secure download server. The Set-up takes less than three minutes using a typical DSL connection.
What if the download instructions don’t arrive in my e-mail after a few minutes?
Digital Good Delivery is one of the most widely trusted download providers. If your instructions do not arrive almost immediately, you must check to see if your spam filter is set too high. Once in a great while, a highly set spam filter will automatically forward our instructions to the spam folder by mistake. It does this because it contains the URL of the server and the password. Check your spam filter for an e-mail from us with the subject line of 'software@thegreatevent.com.' There you will find your instructions.
What happens if the instructions are not in the spam folder?
E-mail us immediately at 'software@thegreatevent.com' and we will send an additional link and password. We love our software and we want you to love it too.
Can I buy the software on a CD instead of downloading it?
